Fee Schedule

Our base rate is $55 per hour; some products carry different prices due to the nature of the work. Please note that some pricing will vary based on the scope of the project. Individual product pricing is listed below:

Copywriting and Content Editing $55/hour 
Flyers, pamphlets, and brochures $55/hour
Newsletters
$50/ hour;
initial development $65/hour
Presentations $55/hour
Procedures and policy manuals $55/hour
Proofreading and copyediting $40/hour or $7.00/page
Speeches

Writing: $60/finished minute
Editing: $55/finished minute
Technical writing $50/hour or $8.50/page
Writing—original work $.50/word
Writing—ghost writing for business,
technical, and trade publications 
$55/hour
Business and technical writing seminars
Half-day sessions: $400
Full-day session: $750
Grant research and writing

Pricing is subject to negotiation. A 25% discount is applied for non-profits. Prices do not include travel expenses.

Book Publication: please contact us for quote.

Projects and Seminars : Word Alchemy requires a 25% deposit before work commences, with balance due upon completion. Travel expenses are due upon completion.
